The next phase of growth began with the involvement of the second generation. During his college days, Mr. M. Ramakrishnan actively supported the business by securing orders from international markets such as the United States and Brunei and channeling them through Pratipa Cashews. In 2005, he joined the company full-time and dedicated himself to expanding the business, to next level.

Subsequently, Mr. M. Balakrishnan and Mr. Ravi joined the business, strengthening the family’s collective efforts and contributing significantly to the company’s expansion. Under the combined leadership of the family, Pratipa Cashews expanded its operations, increased its market reach, and established multiple processing facilities.

Recognizing the importance of modernization and operational efficiency, Pratipa Cashews gradually introduced semi-automated machinery for packing, peeling, shelling, grading, and other processing activities. The company also invested in imported machinery to improve productivity, product quality, and consistency while preserving the traditional expertise and craftsmanship of the Indian cashew industry.

As part of its commitment to quality and food safety, the company obtained various certifications and approvals, including ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, and other necessary statutory and quality certifications, thereby strengthening its credibility in both domestic and international markets.
